Building A -- Storefront Units The ‘Crown Jewel’ of the GaragePoint site is undoubtedly Building A. It opened in late, February, and is ‘home’ to nine storefront units. Each unit measuring approximately 24’ wide x 60’ deep. Please see Unit Amenities for additional unit and site features.
Currently, building A units include a restaurant in two of the spaces, an automobile glass shop, and a home builder. As of now, only one Building A Storefront unit (A04) is available for sale. Please see the current site plan for available units. Please contact us for unit pricing.
